Shipping and Return Policy
All items will be shipped via USPS/UPS within 3 business days from our boutique in Los Angeles and should be at your location within 3-8 business days after shipping. Please understand that shipping delays may occur with carriers and is out of our control. Thank you for understanding.
La Bella Fashion Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Shipping insurance is available at checkout through Route+ which may cover lost, stolen or damaged items. Please review their policies here. If your package arrives damaged, please submit a claim within 7 days of delivery. Also, please verify your address before purchase. Thank you.

Approved returns are only in the form of store credit
Claim must be received within 7 days of confirmed delivery of the item. Please contact customerservice@LaBellaFB.com to submit a claim. It is the buyer's responsibility to purchase return shipping and tracking IS REQUIRED. Item must be returned to carrier within 48 hours of the return approval. Once the item is received back by La Bella Fashion Boutique we will inspect the item for signs of wear such as rips/tears, stains, smells or deodorant. Upon acceptance of the return, a store credit will be issued for the purchase amount minus the original shipping cost within 7 days. Items approved for return and not returned within the 48 hour period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.Returns are not accepted for items purchased via Sezzle. Thank you for your understanding.
